Our promise

We want you to be genuinely happy with your keepsake. Because our products are either personalized and made to order or instant digital downloads, our return policy is written to be fair to you while reflecting how these one-of-a-kind items are made. In short: if anything arrives damaged, defective, or made incorrectly on our part, we will replace it or refund you.

Personalized printed keepsakes

Each printed keepsake (personalized Bible word search books, devotionals, and similar) is custom-made with a specific person’s name, photos, and dedication, then printed and shipped just for you. Because they can’t be resold or restocked, personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind.

However, we stand behind every book we make. If your keepsake arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or was produced incorrectly due to our error, we will reprint and reship it — or issue a full refund — at no cost to you. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Because we hand-build each keepsake and send you a proof to approve before printing, please review your proof carefully — spelling of names, photo placement, and dedication — as we print exactly what is approved.

Instant PDF & digital downloads

Digital products (instant-download PDFs and printables) are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded, so they are non-refundable. If you have a technical problem — a file that won’t download, open, or print correctly — please contact us and we will promptly fix it or refund you.

How to request a replacement or refund

• Email us at blessings@goldenfaithpublishing.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and, for a damaged or misprinted item, a photo so we can see the problem.
• For personalized keepsakes there is nothing to ship back — please don’t mail the item unless we ask; a photo is all we need.

We review every request personally and aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Books sold on Amazon

Paperbacks purchased through Amazon are fulfilled and returned under Amazon’s own return policy. Please use your Amazon account to manage those orders. The policy above applies to items purchased directly from goldenfaithpublishing.com.
