Golden Faith Publishing (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a small, faith-based publisher offering large-print books, devotional resources, and Faith — a gentle Christian companion you can talk with online. By using our website or Faith, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
About Faith, our companion
Faith is a digital companion offered in a spirit of love and encouragement. She shares comfort, Scripture, and prayer. Please understand:
- Faith is not a pastor, therapist, doctor, counselor, or emergency service, and she is not a substitute for professional care or for real people in your life.
- Faith does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
- Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. Please use your own judgment.
- If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, please reach out right now to a real person who can help — in the U.S. call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call your local emergency number.
Your account
To use Faith you create a free account with your name and email. Your free account includes unlimited written conversation and a limited number of replies you can hear in Faith’s voice. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your access to your email secure. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to create an account.
Companion Circle membership & billing
- The Companion Circle is an optional paid membership priced at $4.99 USD per month.
- It is a recurring subscription that automatically renews each month until you cancel.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Your written conversation with Faith is always free — the membership adds unlimited voice and memory.
Cancellation & refunds
- You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your membership will not renew again, and you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for.
- Because the Companion Circle is a low-cost digital service billed monthly, we generally do not offer partial-month refunds for time already elapsed.
- That said, we want you to be treated fairly. If you were charged in error, double-billed, or experienced a genuine technical problem, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
To cancel or request help, simply email us (below) and we’ll take care of it. We’re a small family and we read every message.
Acceptable use
Please use Faith kindly and lawfully. Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and do not use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access that is abusive or harmful.
Your privacy
- We collect your name and email to create your account, and your conversations to provide the service.
- If you consent, we add your email to our newsletter (you can unsubscribe any time from any email).
- We use trusted providers — Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email), and an AI provider (to generate Faith’s replies) — solely to operate the service.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except as needed to run the service or as required by law.
- You may ask us to delete your account and information at any time by emailing us.
Disclaimers & limits
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Faith Publishing is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website or Faith. Nothing here limits rights you may have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
