Does the Bible mention dementia?
The Bible does not use the word "dementia," but it speaks tenderly about aging, failing strength, and fading memory - and it is full of promises that God's love does not depend on our ability to remember Him. "Even to your old age... and even to hoar hairs will I carry you," says Isaiah 46:4. His grip on us never loosens, even as ours loosens on the world.
Did anyone in the Bible have dementia?
