Questions

Do we need any special equipment? No. Wellspring runs in your web browser — nothing to install, no hardware, no IT project.

Is resident information kept private? Yes — and by design we keep it minimal. Wellspring works from a few personal preferences (a first name or initials, faith, and things they enjoy), never medical information, diagnoses, or records. What we don't collect can't be shared, and nothing is ever sold. It's used only to create your activities.

Does the documentation replace our records? No — Wellspring drafts a person-centered note to save you time. Your staff always reviews and approves it. You stay in control.

What faiths does it support? Wellspring is Christian-first (King James scripture, beloved hymns) and honors each resident's background. Broader traditions are on our roadmap.
